Welcome to part 2 of our series on amazing sketches done by a soldier offering an insight into world war 2. We’re sure you’re already blown away at viewing this material but prepare yourself for even more. How incredible is it to be able to see through these sketches what a soldier himself saw first hand? It’s interesting to see the ‘normal’ parts of Victor’s everyday life between May and November 1944, as well as tragic and chilling. At the age of 92 in 2009, Victor donated his sketchbooks to the library of congress for the world to see. Keep going to see more sketches and spare a thought for Victor and every other soldier out there.
