A Japanese company creates a pop-up fabric enclosure that allows you to create your office space
Designed by Japanese company Sanwa, this indoor tent is a pop-up type tent that you can easily install anywhere. You can plop it up in your living room or in your bedroom or anywhere you want to put up your personal workspace. It comes in a compact disc shape measuring just 31 inches in diameter. To set up, simply unfold the tent and place it on your preferred spot. The privacy tent measures 59 inches tall and 35 inches wide.
This tent features a wide zippered opening/closure on the side. Place a desk and an office chair inside the fabric enclosure and you’ve got yourself your own office space. It comes in solid black color to help you keep your focus to your work. In a totally enclosed environment, of course, you will need to have some lighting. If you really prefer to work in a fully-enclosed setting, you can hang a light on an S-hook inside. But if you prefer natural light, you can leave the zippered side open.
The indoor tent also features mesh windows on both sides that you can open to allow proper ventilation. You can also opt to open the zippered top to let natural light and air in. Opening the top side also allows you to stand and stretch from time to time. Plus, it comes with 4 pockets on its bottom corners where you can place bottled waters to prevent the tent from wobbling. When you’re done with your work for the day, you can just fold the fabric tent back into its compact form.
This indoor tent can also be used as a private gaming space and as an intensive study space. You can have this portable office space shipped from Japan for ¥8,000 (around $74) plus shipping fee.
