The Duncan Hines Holiday Mega Cookie will sweeten your Christmas. Sure, you can always have regular sugar cookies anytime of the year but plain-looking cookies aren’t festive enough for the holidays. But, it will take a lot of effort to create eye-catching treats fit for the holiday season. Thankfully, Duncan Hines always has the best solutions for us ‘lazy bakers’.

The popular brand of boxed cake mix is dropping its seasonal cookie mix to help us make yummy holiday treats the easy way. What’s more, it comes with a 6-inch pan to provide you with everything you need in one box. All that’s left for you to do is stir the cookie mix with 2 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of melted butter until well blended. No matter how tempting the dough looks, DO NOT eat it raw. Spread the dough evenly into the non-greased pan and top it with the colorful sprinkles.

There are two ways to cook the Mega Cookie. Using a conventional oven, preheat the device to 350 degree F. Then bake the cookie on a rack in the center of oven for 20 minutes or until the cookie is baked. If using a microwave, place the cookie dough on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Continue baking in 15 second increments until the cookie is baked. Let it cool before serving. In addition to the red and green Christmas tree sprinkles, you can also top the giant sugar cookie with whipped cream.

The Mega Cookie comes in a 6.6-oz box with included pan and colorful sprinkles. You can find it at Walmart and all other major stores nationwide. It’s okay to be lazy because Duncan Hines has your back.
