If you like to really play around with your art, then consider taking a trip to Washington's National Building Museum. Bizarrely, the museum has become home to a massive "ocean" of a million plastic, recyclable balls. There's also a plastic beach, which, through the use of mirrors, seems twice as large as it actually is. And it's big! The "beach" was designed by a company called 'Snarkitechture'. It's open to the public until September 7, so if you're in D.C, grab the family and head along for a truly different day at the beach!
