Taking inspiration from the magical-looking ice hotels in Finland and Sweden, two new Sand Hotels have been built and sculpted in the Netherlands. Nestled within 8-meter-high sand sculptures, the hotels look totally awesome! The creators of the hotels run the yearly Sand Sculpture Festivals in Sneek and Oss so building a sand-themed hotel in each place seemed like a natural progression! The Sneek hotel looks like the Great Wall of China from the outside and the one in Oss has a medieval theme. Take a look!
