‘WalkCar’ by Japanese company ‘Cocoa Motors’ is promoted as the world’s first ever ‘car in a bag’. The personal transporter which can indeed fit into a backpack is powered by a lithium battery and has more in common with a skateboard than an actual vehicle. Coming in both indoor and outdoor versions, weighing in at either 2kg or 3kg dependent on the model, the aluminum WalkCar takes three hours to charge. The rider of the cool ‘car in a bag’ shifts weight to change direction and just one charge will allow the $800 board to travel up to 12km. Check it out!
