Here at Awesome Inventions we love it when people see the potential to transform old, broken or abandoned things. The WWII bunker you will see below is situated among the grassy hills of Land's End, England. It was decommissioned from being a secret radar and communications post in 1982 and became a storage bunker for potatoes. However, when Elizabeth Strutton laid eyes on the bunker, she did not see a shabby old potato container, she saw the opportunity to build a new home! With some TLC and a lot of renovation, its hard to believe this cozy home was ever a run down WWII bunker at all! Check it out!
