The Andes Crème de Menthe Christmas Trees are shaped just like the holiday’s most important decoration
When you tear open the festive foil wrapper, you’ll be greeted by the delightful scent of chocolate and mint. Then, in your hand, will be the most adorable Christmas tree you’ve ever seen! In comparison with the classic Andes mint candy, this tree-shaped version is slightly bigger in size. Each 1-ounce tree is 3.5-inches tall and 1.5-inches wide. Furthermore, the tree differs from the classic Andes mint in terms of layers.
The classic Andes mint chocolate features three layers , with the mint layer sandwiched in between chocolate layers. On the other hand, the holiday-themed mint only has two layers comprising of a thick layer of mint resting on a bed of delicious chocolate.
The chocolate trees resemble the tree on the wrapper. It’s got the bow topper, ornaments and even the presents underneath ! While the mint layer is thicker than the chocolate base, the overall taste is surprisingly balanced. The flavors blend well, thanks to the mint layer’s smooth, creamy texture.
