The jolly, wintry season may not quite yet be in full swing, but Tara Smith-Atkins and her eight year old daughter, from Halifax, Canada, are showing the world what the holiday spirit is all about. Worried about how the homeless people in their city would cope during the cold climate, the duo, along with a group of Tara’s daughter’s friends, spent a day attaching winter coats and other items to street poles for the homeless to claim.
