Spanish artist Pablo Jurado Ruiz creates the most beautifully atmospheric black and white portraits. What you might not notice from afar is that these gorgeous pieces of art are made up of tiny ink dots. This painstaking drawing technique is known as stippling, and shouldn't be confused with pointillism, which is a term that refers to a similar technique, but using color rather than just black ink or paint. The amount of effort that must go into creating these works is incredible, and it's hard to believe that anyone could create such detailed portraits out of dots. Amazing! Let's have a look at some of Ruiz's work.
