Asking the ladies to buy their own hoodies, demanding for more social media outages, telling everyone that sequels are not necessary for all movies – Dude With Sign speaks on everyone’s behalf. With funny messages written on a plain cardboard, he makes every passerby on the streets of New York smile with his witty one-liners.

Popularly known as Dude With Sign on social media, Phillips has been a recognizable figure in New York. He is seen standing on the side of a crowd-filled street, holding up a protest sign with hilariously relatable message. Phillips works as a content creator for Jerry Media, a multi-platform comedy entertainment company notable for circulating viral memes and advertising on the internet.
They started the project in late 2019 with their first upload showing Phillips standing in front of a Friends billboard holding up a sign that reads ‘Seinfield is way better than Friends’.

The photo quickly became viral after it was posted on Jerry Media’s Instagram account. To continue what they started, Phillips has since been creating and displaying funny signs that are guaranteed to connect with the people.
