We all know that kids have wild imaginations, but what happens if we push children's ideas as far as they can go? As part of his 'Inventors' project, a man named Dominic Wilcox collected plans for inventions from around 450 children, in the Sunderland and South Tyneside areas of the UK. Out of hundreds of submissions, Wilcox selected 60 of the best and had local makers and craftsman create real life prototypes, or scale models, of these inventions. These were then displayed in an exhibition and the kids who invented them were invited to talk about their creations! This is an awesome project to boost kids' self esteem and prove that their ideas, no matter how crazy, can become a reality! We think these are actually great ideas, what do you think? Take a look and let us know in the comments!
