Joaquim Sousa is a chef from the Ipsylon restaurant and hotel, The Oitavos, Lisbon, and he has taken the internet by storm with his awesome chocolate dessert that 'blooms' like a flower. The dessert which initially looks like a chocolate ball, opens up when hot cream is poured around the base.
