When Marina Bychkova was just 6 years old, she decided that the mass produced dolls she was given to play with were just not cool enough due to not being realistic! Bychkova went on to study at the 'Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design' where she became inspired to attempt to carve a path in the world of professional doll making. Today the Russian, who lives in Canada, produces enchanting and bewitching porcelain dolls for adults.
