Musician Natalie Sharp, who goes by the stage name Lone Taxidermist, is also a makeup artist by day, so she decided to use her skills to paint her own face up as various cult album covers. Sharp did this in honor of Record Store Day 2015, an annual event which aims to promote independent record stores worldwide by offering exclusive releases from top names which can't be bought in large chain stores. This is what Sharp had to say about her work…
"I stupidly thought I could knock these out in a day. Three days later with a bleeding face and being accused of racism after posting my progress on Facebook, I had to stop. These are not my top eight albums, I don’t believe in that c**p, but they are eight very inspiring and spectacular albums that I keep returning to. Each face took between 3 – 6 hours to paint. I cried after finishing grizzly bear, I thought it had broken me. I don’t use any stencils it's all freehand."

These are amazing! Natalie obviously has a lot of talent, both as a face painter and as a musician!
