If you love the beauty of flowers and plants but don’t like the fact that they need taking care of, we may have just the thing for you! Self taught sculptor Owen Mann makes the most wonderful pieces of botanical art from porcelain and clay. Owen’s talent for sculpting started at a young age, modelling toys from clay at just 4 years old. He then went on to make his first flower at the age of 10. Now as an adult, it’s safe to say Owen has perfected his craft and here we would like to present to you some examples of his work. Take a look!

Currently, Owen has made over 1000 of these botanical creations. We love the varying designs with their geometric symmetry and vibrant colors. We were also rather shocked to see the large size of some of his pieces, which would make wonderful additions to any home. Not only are these sculptures beautiful, but you’ll never have to worry about accidentally killing them! Prices vary depending on the size of the item you want but you can head over to Owen’s Etsy store if you’re interested. Keep going to see more examples!
