Meet Pedro, a tiny pony who recently arrived at Ebony Horse Club, a community riding stables in Brixton, UK. Pedro is a Shetland pony, a Scottish native breed that's known for its diminutive size. Due to his tiny stature, Pedro has a problem, he can't see over his stable door properly. Wanting to make him feel happy and welcome in his new home, some kids who ride at Ebony Horse Club brainstormed to try to come up with a solution. Some of their suggestions were more out there than others, but they ultimately decided to make him a periscope, or in this case, a "Pedroscope." However, this is only a temporary solution; the stables are saving to get him a special Pedro-sized stable built. You can follow the link below to find out how to donate to the effort. In the meantime, let's catch up with Pedro!

Take a look at this short video to see more of Pedro and the kids who helped him out.
The folks at Ebony Horse Club are aware this isn't a long term solution, but more a way to get the kids to work together and feel like they're helping Pedro while they raise money to get him a more suitably sized stable. It's worth noting that Ebony Horse Club isn't your average riding school, it's more of a community project to help out children and teens in a deprived inner-city area, so if you can support them by donating some money to Pedro's cause, please follow the link to their website near the top of this post.
