By placing herself alongside animals and subtle elements of the industries they are used in, photographer Grace Elliott hopes to give viewers food for thought as far as consumerism and animal rights are concerned. Although her photos have a touch of fairytale and the surreal in them, they are designed to make you think, and think hard. The book represents knowledge and the color red represents blood.
