In other words, anyone can pay off their parking tickets by donating cat foods, beds, blankets, litter, or any sort of cat supplies. Donations should be given directly to the Muncie Animal Care and should be in the amount of the fine. The Muncie Police Department thought of the idea when the animal shelter complained about cat overpopulation in mid-July. With limited funds, the shelter cannot provide all the basic necessities for its feline residents. This is when the brilliant idea came to mind.

Anyone doesn’t actually need a parking ticket to donate necessary supplies to animal shelters. But the Muncie Police Department thought of this way to involve the citizens in lending a helping hand to save animals. So with or without a parking ticket, you can also make a difference by helping shelter animals get by.
