Many people love to carve pumpkins around the time of Halloween. Some people take this pastime to an incredible level. ‘DoggieDoc’ is a perfect example. Below we have a mind blowing pumpkin Pomeranian Dog-O-Lantern that was inspired by DoggieDoc’s pet Sophie. The artist explains that they only use real pumpkins as opposed to the synthetic ones to achieve a truly unique finish. Each carving can take between 8-20 hours, and that’s not including pattern drawing and transfer! Take a look below to see some amazing examples!
DoggieDoc began by making a sketch of Sophie the Pomeranian on a pumpkin.
Next, an X-acto knife was used to carve the pieces.
The final result is nothing short of mind blowing!
