Hironori Ikeno is such an accomplished sushi chef that he is creating tiny pieces of sushi each made with just one grain of rice! More of a treat for tourists and children, this tiny sushi looks adorable! Each little piece takes 5 minutes to create whereas regular sushi takes the artistic chef just one minute.
