It's always great when artists reuse and recycle in their work, and Jonathan Fuller does just this. The British artist, who lives on the Cornish coast, collects sea glass from the beach and uses this material to create gorgeous sculptures. Something about sea glass, which has been smoothed by the ocean for untold years, is innately appealing, and so are Fuller's sculptures. Talking about his work, Fuller said…
"It’s a very addictive hobby that requires patience and a good eye,” Fuller told My Modern Met. I feel by collecting sea glass I am making use and recycling these discarded jewels. Some days I can walk miles and find nothing and on other days handfuls, you just never know what you’re going to find."
