There's a bit of a stereotype surrounding the idea of the average surfer, brah. If you try to picture a surfer dude or dudette, you probably think of someone blond, tanned and more interested in drinking beers than appreciating art. But, this new series of surfboards has come to show you that surfers can have a range of tastes and interests, and that some surfers are just really into tapestry, man! These gorgeous boards, created by Boom Art in collaboration with UWL Surfboards, are based on two tapestries and triptychs from the middle ages "The Lady and the Unicorn" and "The Garden of Earthly Delights". Sure, these are pretty unusual images to adorn surfboards, but they look amazing. There are three boards based on each of these ancient artworks, but if you like them you'd better snap one up quickly, because they're only producing a limited run of ten of each set. However, you might have to raid your piggy bank to buy these ones, as they're for sale at $2,362 for one board or $6,998 for a set of three.

These surfboards look totally radical. I'll admit, I'm not much of a surfer, but I'd be happy to hit the waves on one of these awesome boards. Surf's up!
